Workforce and Client Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Workforce and Client Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client and contractor relationships.  This includes engagement compliance, customer retention and growth of CXC Global agency clients, and small to medium sized corporate accounts.  The role responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of a quality, consistent and timely service in line with contracted SLAs
  • Meeting CXC Global compliance standards, including following established compliance processes in relation to contracted services
  • Point of contact to guide, train and upskill others on contractor processes for the on-boarding and off-boarding of contractors
  • Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to Client Service Manager and Account managers, and Clients as required to support business goals
  • Grow business through management of end date process and new client acquisition
  • Build relationships with non-allocated clients to support process and extend service line
  • Support ongoing enhancements to Salesforce to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Liaise with the Project Management Office and Account Managers for implementation of new Agency and SME Corporate clients
  • First point of contact for enquiries from contractors (Agency and SME accounts) and inbound customer enquiries
  • Ensure the information systems and the review structure for SLAs and client satisfaction are in place and effectively used
  • A clear customer focus
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Exposure to or experience in the recruitment industry
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Account management experience working with and supporting clients
  • Ability to resolve problems professionally, interact with clients and team members at all levels of the organisation

Operations (Payroll) Team Leader

We are looking for an Operations (Payroll) Team Leader to join an energetic and fast-paced Operations team in Brookvale.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage and supervise 5 direct reports that perform payroll duties across Australia and New Zealand. In this role you will also work closely with the Assistant Team Leader in the Philippines whereby the overflow of payroll, time-sheeting and finance activities are actioned.

The successful candidate will ensure that payroll services are delivered on time and performed correctly across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines, in accordance with CXC Global processes and Service Level Agreements.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Management and supervision of direct reports within the Australian and New Zealand Operations Team
  • Conducting regular fortnightly review sessions with the Assistant Team Leader in the Philippines
  • Developing and growing Team Member skills, knowledge and capabilities to fulfil on-going role requirements and understanding of Operational processes
  • Assisting with administering payrolls, month end consolidation and processing support as required
  • Acting as the first escalation point to resolve issues with robust and consistent decisions where possible
  • Ensuring timely and accurate, generation and distribution of invoices in accordance with prescribed company schedules
  • Assisting with the review and audit of company payrolls
  • Proactively ensuring Operational processes and policies are documented and updated
  • Actively participating in company projects as required
  • Proactively ensuring compliant Best Practice is exercised at all times, including presenting industry and/or statutory updates to Management for consideration and action

Workforce Relationship Advisor (two positions)

We are looking for two Workforce Relationship Advisors for 6 month fix term contracts in the Client Services Team (both positions).

In this role you will be looking after contractors and clients and the day-to-day management of the contract worker lifecycle. This means that you’ll have direct contact with contractors, responding to their queries from the time they are on-boarded into the client’s business, right through to the time the client is invoiced, the contractor is paid, and their assignment is over.

The role includes but won’t be limited to:

  • Onboarding the Contingent Worker and being responsible for the delivery of a quality, consistent and timely service in line with contracted Service Level Agreements
  • Communicating with the Contingent Worker to obtain their mandatory documents and completing pre-employment screening checks
  • Creating contractor records along with issuing contractor agreements
  • Updating and communicating to all relevant parties
  • Managing the Contingent Worker extension process
  • Supporting the Contingent Worker with their timesheet, expenses and pay related queries
  • Coordinating the contract end-date management process
  • Coordinating the satisfaction and engagement survey process
  • Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
  • A good listener: so you can accurately restate the views of others
  • Composure: you won’t be knocked off balance by the unexpected, or by multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Resourcing Consultant

This is a great opportunity to be involved in a Managed Service Program (MSP) and develop and manage relationships across the client’s business including the Hiring Manager, Suppliers, Candidates and Contingent Workers.   This opportunity will also have you coordinate, manage and deliver certain resourcing requirements of the client within the Contractor Management Outsourcing solution offering.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Working on the client site 2 to 3 days a week.
  • Promote the resourcing model with Hiring Managers and Suppliers in conjunction with the Resourcing Manager and Client Services Manager
  • Establish resourcing requirements and sourcing strategies across respective areas of responsibility in conjunction with the Resourcing Manager and the CXC Global Client Services Manager
  • Liaise with agency suppliers to ensure alignment with delivery for agency supplier sourced candidates and submission.
  • Responsible for the candidate / Contingent Worker care escalations and management through to termination
  • Adhere to the client specific CXC operations manuals and other respective CXC practices, policies and processes
  • Responsible for receipting, advising, management and coordination of vacancy / requisition criteria, information, documentation and requirements
  • Responsible for receipting, advising, management and coordination of client financial and headcount approval
  • Ensure all requirements are entered onto and managed on the respective systems including the VMS and/or CRM platforms and ensuring that data is 100% accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for ensuring the 100% adherence to all respective legal & compliance, license & certification, referencing, client specific documentation and requirements are satisfied and other documentation and / or requirements as part of the induction and on-boarding process, ongoing Contingent Worker assignment and termination
  • Responsible for the delivery of the sourcing, selection, interview and assessment management through to offer, candidate rejection / feedback and Contingent Worker start
  • Manage the supply chain and routes to market in line with current and future requirements in conjunction with the Resourcing Manager and Client Services Manager
  • Is customer focused, and is dedicated in meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
  • 2 years’ experience in corporate relationship management
  • Strong attention to detail, with as the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to professionally interact with clients and other team members at all levels of the organisation
  • Recruitment / resourcing experience
  • Experience working ATS, VMS or RMS products/systems is desirable
  • Previous recruitment / resourcing experience is desirable
