Compliance Officer

Job Description

The Compliance Officer is responsible for providing operational compliance support to the CXC Global business, ensuring all policies and procedures that regulate the business are adhered to within the processes undertaken by the operational personnel and systems in the business. This includes supporting the Client Services Division with day-to-day guidance as a representative of the Commercial Division’s Legal & Compliance function. This is a highly administrative role with the potential to be a great stepping stone within the Compliance team and beyond.

What is the job?

  • Apply CXC risk assessment procedures to contractor engagement pipeline
  • Ensure all CXC contractors are set up correctly for insurances, pay patterns and according to relevant awards
  • Work with Client Services to manage day-to-day feedback about the content and interpretation of contractor agreements
  • Monitor certificate and license expiry of contractors, and work with Client Services staff to ensure currency and minimal impact on clients without compromising CXC risk position
  • Maximise the efficacy of the CXC WHS Management System through the delivery of client and contractor incident, hazard and injury reporting into CXC Global
  • Exercise final veto authority over finalisation of contractor set up on CXC systems with respect to risk and compliance matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

Onsite Resourcing Coordinator
Melbourne

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a high profile programme with a new client, from the start. This account will continue to expand over the next 2-3 years, so this is an ideal time to get involved!

This is a full-time temporary role with a view to permanent for the right candidate. As Resourcing Coordinator, you will be based onsite at the client’s Docklands location, working alongside the Lead Resourcing Consultant, and becoming an expert user of the Fieldglass system.

Your day to day role will involve facilitating every aspect of the contractor lifecycle on the Fieldglass system from requisition and approval through to supply chain management, interview arranging and on-boarding.

Working closely with our client, you will develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including hiring managers, internal recruitment team, suppliers and contractors. You will be one of the “go to” people responsible for educating new users on how to navigate Fieldglass.

What is the job?

  • Providing support to hiring managers for requisition creation, monitor approvals and escalating issues
  • Reviewing requirements and distributing role to suppliers, screening candidate profiles, and coordinating/scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Conducting and facilitating the on-boarding/off-boarding process, including new starter sign-ups and facilitating assignment changes (extensions, rate changes etc.)
  • Checking and ensuring the 100% adherence to all respective legal & compliance, license & certification and pre-employment screening
  • Coordinate, prepare and deliver ad hoc reporting requirements
  • Act as first line support for all Fieldglass queries/issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to professionally interact with clients and other team members at all levels of the organisation
