Recruiting for…

Resourcing Coordinator
Sydney

Job Description

You’ve heard about the rise of the Contract Worker, right? The grinding shift of Australia’s 9-5’ers who prefer Contracting to FTE work? And the ‘gig’ economy?

What you may not know, is that we’ve been helping these workers, and the organisations that engage them, for around 25 years. Yep, we were working with the gig economy, before the gig economy even existed!

And today, we’re the leader in this space: helping Australia’s big corporates and the contract workers they appoint, to work better, smarter, more efficiently: we OPTIMISE their work lives. And we’re growing and evolving ALL. THE. TIME.

We’re looking for three detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our ever-growing, fast-paced Client Services Team. As part of the role you will learn a range of diverse subject matter such as employment law, tax structures and recruitment principles. All valuable stuff!

To be successful you will enjoy working in a customer service role, have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Most importantly you will be able to demonstrate ability to work successfully as part of a team.

What’s the job?

The Resourcing Co-ordinator looks after the day-to-day management of the contract worker lifecycle. This means that you’ll manage contractors from the time they are on-boarded into the client’s business, right through to the time the client is invoiced, the contractor is paid, and their assignment is over.

You’ll also be supporting our own Resourcing Consultants and Client Service Manager in developing relationships with the stakeholders inside our corporate client organisations. So people like the Hiring Managers, onsite recruitment teams, our contract workers and of course, our internal departments.

The roles will be based at our Sydney CBD office.

When you work with CXC Global you get…

  • an engaging and culturally strong team environment
  • reward and recognition programs
  • ongoing coaching, training and development opportunities
  • genuine work-life balance

Qualifications & Requirements

About you:

  • truly customer focused: dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers
  • you have composure: you won’t be knocked off balance by the unexpected, or by multiple priorities
  • you’re a good listener: you can accurately restate the views of others

And to be Eligible, you’ll need to meet these criteria:

  • 3+ years’ Customer Service experience required (knowledge of payroll or recruitment principles an added bonus!)
  • strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to professionally interact with clients and other team members at all levels of the organisation
  • experience working on cloud/internet based CRM systems. Experience working with Salesforce as a CRM system would be highly valued!
  • Australian Citizen/NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident
