Hence we need you: our new Product Owner.

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Product Owner to join us on this journey of designing systems around our people and customers maximizing user experience and customer satisfaction. Someone who ‘gets’ our company vision, and whose every move is about getting us there. Someone whose voice is known & respected across the business.

High Level:

As the region’s top provider of contractor management services, we’ve gone from developing technology to enabling technology. SaaS technologies, specifically. Think Salesforce. Think Customer portals. And that’s just as a starting point.

You’re able to take on these products with the slick approach of an experienced Project Manager, whilst having the creative nous of a hands-on, analytical Product owner, set squarely on achieving our business vision.

About the role:

At the tin-tacks level, we’re looking at…

  • Developing and adapting the product vision in line with company vision
  • Writing new user stories
  • Specifying acceptance criteria for each user story
  • Writing acceptance tests
  • Prioritisation in conjunction with the business stakeholders, the product backlog (via ROI, Kano model, cost-value, MoSCoW method, etc.)
  • Doing release planning
  • Grooming your product backlog
  • Playing with the product
  • Learning and refining your product’s whole value stream, like sales upstream and operations downstream

Resourcing Coordinator

Job Description

We’re looking for three detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our ever-growing, fast-paced Client Services Team. As part of the role you will learn a range of diverse subject matter such as employment law, tax structures and recruitment principles. All valuable stuff!

To be successful you will enjoy working in a customer service role, have excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Most importantly you will be able to demonstrate ability to work successfully as part of a team.

What’s the job?

The Resourcing Co-ordinator looks after the day-to-day management of the contract worker lifecycle. This means that you’ll manage contractors from the time they are on-boarded into the client’s business, right through to the time the client is invoiced, the contractor is paid, and their assignment is over.

You’ll also be supporting our own Resourcing Consultants and Client Service Manager in developing relationships with the stakeholders inside our corporate client organisations. So people like the Hiring Managers, onsite recruitment teams, our contract workers and of course, our internal departments.

The roles will be based at our Sydney CBD office.

Qualifications & Requirements

About you:

  • truly customer focused: dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers
  • you have composure: you won’t be knocked off balance by the unexpected, or by multiple priorities
  • you’re a good listener: you can accurately restate the views of others

And to be Eligible, you’ll need to meet these criteria:

  • 3+ years’ Customer Service experience required (knowledge of payroll or recruitment principles an added bonus!)
  • strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to professionally interact with clients and other team members at all levels of the organisation
  • experience working on cloud/internet based CRM systems. Experience working with Salesforce as a CRM system would be highly valued!
  • Australian Citizen/NZ Citizen/Permanent Resident
