Your daily work will be highly autonomous with the support of the National Client Services Team. The national sales team is a young and fun team that you’ll have opportunity to meet at least four times a year as sales conferences and other fun events brings the team together. Key responsibilities of the role:
- Establish and maintain client relations
- Sign up new contractors
- Drive contractor referrals
- Manage information flow in an accurate manner
- Problem solve with our outstanding customer service staff

Previous experience and attributes required:
- Proven experience in account management (2-3 years) in a small to medium organisation
- Ability to sell a financial service solution

- Ability to deal with constant change
- Have a strong and genuine desire to provide the best solution for our customers
- Excellent phone manner and professional presentation
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with clients and internal staff
- Previous experience in a financial services a plus.
- Proven ability to effectively research key corporate information
Qualifications:
- Qualified in Australian practical tax laws and regulations
- University qualification in finance or business/finance highly regarded
