As a Relationship Manager you will:
- Bring your minimum 5 years experience in selling and relationship management to large existing accounts to ensure clients experience premium service that drives results.
- Develop understanding and build strong internal relationships with key clients and company stakeholders.
- Be able to demonstrate confidence and experience in presenting & implementing solutions to potential clients using strong analytical, written and verbal presentation skills.
- Be able to effectively multi-task your client management from identification of new revenue opportunities through to direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls and developing proposals and strategy meetings.
- Have demonstrated exceptional time management skills.
- Be able to account for your activity in a KPI driven environment.
To succeed in this role you will already have:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a proactive selling role and demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets consistently & over a period of 3-4 years consecutively.
- Experience selling through to tier 1 companies.
- Self motivation to build and manage relationships, set appointments & manage your time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze business opportunities and sell a complete solution.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Experience within payroll solutions or recruitment will be very highly regarded.
