Details can be viewed and updated from anywhere, at any time, via any web-enabled device.

New starter If you’re new to MyCXC, New Starter contains a comprehensive list of important information and documents. As a first step CXC Global invites you to read the documents 'Important Information for New Starters' and the 'Checklist for New Starters'. A copy of your CXC Global Agreement for Services, the CXC Global Agreement and Tax File Declaration will be posted to you. These must be signed and returned to CXC Global as soon as possible. Other information and forms for new CXC Global contractors can be accessed directly through this section of MyCXC. These include: - Safety and Injury Management Programme (SIMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)

Electronic timesheets Completing your timesheets electronically and online is much more convenient than paper-based versions. Here, you can record the hours or days you’ve worked. Approval can also be completed online, with an email being sent automatically to your manager. You’ll receive notification of approval and the timesheet is electronically sent to CXC Global. So much quicker and easier than faxing an approved paper timesheet through. > Back to top
Superannuation fund details This provides your superannuation fund details with links to view your statement. You can also access free financial planning advice, and the services of CXC Global Financial Services. They specialise in personal financial planning, including for retirement, investment and superannuation. CXC Global Financial Services also offers insurance for life, trauma and income protection. > Back to top
MyTax Here, you can access your Payment Summary and Work Related Exempt Expense (WREE) Summary at any time you log into MyCXC (for tax years completed from 2007/8 onwards). Discover if you are eligible for a Free Simple Tax Return. This is dependent on your time with CXC Global and the service level you have engaged CXC Global to provide to you. There’s also a simple questionnaire that collects basic information from you and is automatically submitted by MyTax to the CXC Global Preferred Tax Agent (with your Payment Summary & WREE Summary attached) to commence the process of completing your tax return. > Back to top

Occupational health and safety CXC Global has developed a proprietary programme to induct and provide ongoing information for all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) matters to contractors: This is called the Safety and Injury Management Programme (SIMP). It has been developed as a combined effort between management, CXC Global contractors and external professional services. It provides extensive coverage of all aspects of OH&S, from incident reporting and office ergonomics to first aid and workers compensation. Please familiarise yourself with SIMP and complete the OHS declaration at the end of the program. Completion is mandatory for all CXC Global contractors for each of your contracts. > Back to top
