Q: Do you charge a placement fee or exit fee? A: No. we are not a recruitment company so we don't recruit or charge fees for contractors leaving or changing assignments. We only payroll contractors and employees.
Q: Who looks after the payroll tax, superannuation payments etc? A: CXC Global takes responsibility for all payments in terms of Superannuation & payroll tax etc for the duration of the contractor’s assignment.
Q: What structures can we set contractors up under? A: CXC Global can payroll contractors through PAYG, Pty Ltd, Sole Trader & Trust structures. CXC Global helps & advises contractors on what is the best structure for them.
Q: Can you manage the payrolling of all staff? A: Yes, we provide contractor management solutions, and employee solutions such as vehicle leasing and salary packaging.
Q: Do you look after contractors that want to be independent? A: Yes, we look after independent contractors who want to have the flexibility to work through their own company, or as a sole trader.

Q: Are you able to integrate with our software? A: Yes, we can integrate with most software to streamline your processes and make a one system fit all.
Q: Do you only manage contractors? A: We manage contractors, employees and employers providing a payroll solution at all levels.
Q: Can you manage not only our office base staff but also our engineers and production contractors? A: Work cover is an issue but we will have a solution shortly that will allow CXC Global to manage your "blue collar" contractors.
Q: We outsource our payroll to a service provider, but do you offer a salary packaging advice service for car leasing, laptops etc? A: Yes, we can provide a salary packaging service.
Q: Other companies have signed a labour agreement, what about CXC? A: At this stage, no: but we are investigating our options.
