A: No. We are not a Recruitment Agency, so we do not source and place contractors in roles.
We are a contractor management organisation and only manage contractors after they have been sourced either directly or through an agency.

A: A huge part of what we do at CXC Global is about removing the risks associated with engaging contractors from our clients and ensuring our clients are compliant.
We own the relation with a contractor for ATO purposes, removing any ATO risk from our clients. We also take responsibility for the correct Payroll Tax payment when our client has a direct relationship with the contractor.
Our model removes the risk of contractors being deemed the “employees” of our clients and provides a centralised contractor management process and reporting to ensure 100% compliance. This includes monitoring and reporting on contract expiration and visa compliance.
All contractors are automatically covered by our $10m Professional Indemnity and $20m Public Liability policy. Workers Compensation is also covered for all PAYG and Sole Trader contractors.
A: By managing your contingent workforce (sourced directly or through agencies), under one structure, we can provide you with improved visibility of spend including better agency margin transparency. Our services also result in a reduction of agency margin and support a “directly sourced” recruitment model.
By outsourcing your contractor management to us you will reduce your admin overheads through consolidated invoicing and reporting.
A: Yes. Our core business is Contractor Management. We do not manage permanent staff.
A: As part of our service, we take responsibility for all statutory responsibilities including collecting and remitting Superannuation and Payroll Tax on behalf of a contractor.
However, if a contractor is payrolled on behalf of a recruitment agency, then it is the agency’s responsibility to collect and remit Payroll Tax.

Our salary packaging and Pty Ltd services maximise contractors’ income and minimise their tax obligations. We also help reduce their administration by giving access to our online Contractor Portal.
All contractors who use our service have access to our in-house Financial Planning Services, CXC Financial Partners, who provide tax guidance, mortgage broking, superannuation, estate planning, etc.
Contractors are also offered a number of additional benefits such as free tax returns, confidential counselling service through our Employee Assistance Program, Novated vehicle leasing, subsidised membership to professional associations, plus a host of discounts and offers through our partners.
