CXC Global Referral Rewards Programme | Terms & Conditions

The CXC Rewards Programme enables participants to obtain rewards in the form of goods and services by referring eligible contractors to CXC Global. Participation in the programme is deemed acceptance and agreement to the following terms and conditions.

Participation - Eligibility

The CXC Rewards Programme is open to residents of Australia over the age of 18, except for employees of CXC Australasia Pty Ltd (& associated companies) and their immediate families, affiliated companies and advertising/promotion agencies. Current CXC members (contractors) are eligible to participate.

Submitting referrals

Referrals can only be made via the CXC website at http://www.cxcglobal.com.au, following the instructions. When referring a prospective contractor you must provide a username and password, for security reasons, along with your email address. You should supply the full name, email address and daytime telephone number of each person you are referring. You are advised for your own records to print a hard copy of your submission(s).

You may refer as many prospective contractors to CXC as you wish however individual prospective contractors can only be referred once. The authenticity of all referrals will be verified by email and/or phone. Incomplete referrals will be declared void. The promoter (CXC) accepts no responsibility for referrals not received.

For a referral to be deemed success and eligible for a award, the following criteria must be met:

The referred contractor must register with CXC.
The referred contractor must sign a contract for a period no less than three (3) months.
The referred contractor receives a minimum of one (1) weeks pay (via CXC on the contract for which they have been referred).
The referral is lodged within twenty (20) working days of the contractor registering with CXC.

In addition to the above, in regards to specific enhanced rewards promotions: Rewards can only be applied for contractors registered within the promotional period. The registered contractor must start their engagement within one calendar month of the promotion ending.

Using the vouchers to redeem rewards

Vouchers can be exchanged individually for goods and services or collected to exchange for goods and services to their combined value. Vouchers are valid for six to twelve months from the date of issue (dependant on the supplier).

Exchanging of vouchers for rewards, must be done via the CXC Rewards website within six months of notification, simply quote the preferred product or service/s and the serial number on each voucher you wish to redeem.

Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Once vouchers have been exchanged for rewards they become null and void.

Liability

Goods damaged during shipment are not the responsibility of the supplier (e.g. Westfield, Redballoon ... ).

The promoter is not liable for warranties on claimed rewards. You should contact the respective manufacturer of rewards claimed if a warranty is required.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of using any reward claimed.

If goods selected are not available, CXC reserves the right to offer a reward of similar value.

CXC reserves the right to a final decision on issuing rewards.

Conflict with other contractual obligations

Individuals registering for this Program acknowledge that receiving rewards in accordance with these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a breach of the terms of any other agreements to which they are subject. This includes but is not limited to contracts of employment. Should breaches of this type occur, individuals indemnify and hold harmless CXC in relation to the consequences of such breaches.

IMPORTANT: Participation may be subject to employers' approval. Registration infers prior approval has been given by the registrants' employer and that the registrant accepts all responsibility to ensure this has been done.

Tax implications

Claiming certain rewards may have tax implications for individual participants in the programme. Fringe Benefits Tax may be liable on items such as personal computers and travel-related benefits. Before claiming a reward you should seek the advice of an accountant or financial adviser to clarify your tax status. The promoter is not responsible for any FBT liability that may result from participation in the Rewards Programme, or on any rewards offered.

Special Promotions - CXC Super Size Referrals. (Summer Rewards)

Terms and Conditions: Entry is only open to Australian residents who are members of the CXC Global Reward Program.

Promotion Commences 01/12/11 and closes 5pm on 10/2/12 (Promotional Period). To enter, eligible entrants must refer contractors in accordance with the CXC Global Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, available at www.cxcglobal.com.au/rewardstc.

All referred contractors must complete a CXC Global ‘Options Agreement’ and return it to a CXC Global state office during the Promotional Period in order to be valid. The referred contractor must commence their contract, via CXC, within one (1) month of campaign ending.

Qualifying for the bonus prize draw:

Referring 10 or more contractors will put you in the running for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes (Each referral over 10 will also give you a second chance at the prize pool eg. 15 referrals give you one chance at all 3 prizes and a second chance for 2nd and 3rd prize).
5-9 referrals will put you in the running for 2nd and 3rd prizes.
2-4 will put you in the running for 3rd prize only.

Special condition for recruiters: If you are a recruiter, and you feel you won’t have enough referrals to qualify for a major prize, you can pool you referrals with colleagues to win an agency prize.

Guessing competition:

In order to qualify for the bonus prize draws you must complete the following slogan/sentence: 'CXC Global. The global leader in innovative _______ Remuneration & Contingent Workforce Solutions.'

IMPORTANT. Regardless of the number of referrals you will still receive your $150 referral.

Rewards redeemed prior to reaching prize targets will not count towards credits for bonus prizes. Contractor referrals via CXC Global Streamline Solutions and any other outsourced payroll arrangement are invalid and will not be included for the purpose of this promotion. Participation in the CXC Global Referral Rewards Program may be restricted by some employers. All logos and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
